A very special stationery set was created for Aoibheann & David for their wedding held at St. Conleth’s Church, Tuam, Galway and afterwards to a reception at Kilronan Castle, Roscommon. The theme was sophisticated, strong yet elegant while encompassing the ethos of the venue. This set really oozed class as it was developed using 600gsm 100% Cotton stock with matching envelopes. The richness and quality speaks for itself and is quite obvious upon inspection.
Premium materials demand those special finishes so we lined the envelopes with pearlescent paper, embossed the pointed flap, edge painted and dusted with a mix of silver and gold to compliment the ivory/pearl ribbon which was hand made especially for this bespoke invitation suite. All of the special finishes still could not take from the undeniable wow factor of the deep impression print creating that pillowy surface and texture that makes letterpress so attractive. To add to it, letterpress items remained consistent throughout… the evening invitations remained loyal to compliment the suite and was printed on the same 600gsm cotton stock, a tiny envelope with a simple card was also made for the RSVP again using the favoured materials, the massbooks boasted a flowing thin ivory/pearl ribbon, letterpress ink print on 300gsm cotton + the embossed monogram to remain consistent with the set. The menu’s followed suit with an additional die-cut for rounded corners. To top it off we created a cake topper to seal the deal. This was truly an amazing set that could only be produced to the calibre it reached because of the hard work and direct dealing with Aoibheann & David, their input and faith in Letterpress Ireland made it materialise into a stunning creation that nobody else will ever be able to forge.
